We/They Don't get it
The Yearbook is self-driven. There are no benefits whatsoever if you sold 1000 yearbooks or 100. The goal of the yearbook is to make it the best yearbook with the tools you are given. There isn't any pay, no hours, no incentives, it is a student driven campaign in order to successfully look back at the past without feeling dumb for not correcting that darn typo.
